True anyone can take photographs but it is not sure whether he /she has the insight of the intricacies of the details required to be photographed. The intents of the Real-Time Image Documentation is serious technical skills which is studied by us over so many years of on-site experience. The purpose of the image will be different for every professional which only experts can understand. Eg. Form work and reinforcement details are required for structural consultant while finishes could be the preview of architect.
It will be mutually decided interval when the photographs / video is required.
Only authorisation to access the location with proper permissions and on-site support required if any.
The Real-Time Image Documentation will be done with prior intimation as per the decided to schedule. Will send the soft copies of images within 24 hours of recording.
We will need indemnification for any legal disputes or otherwise, We will be an only service provider and will not be responsible for any consequences what so - ever of the images recorded by us. We will have to sign an agreement for the service we provide. The legal proprietary of the images will remain with the party signing the contract.
